Policies 

By clicking “Buy it now”, you are agreeing to the following policies.  Please read them carefully and if you have ANY questions, do not hesitate to ask! 

*Upon clicking “Buy it now”, payment is expected immediately, unless other arrangements (such as layaway) have been made with either Sarah or Cathy. Money orders or checks may also be accepted, if you ask before purchasing and send payment right away .  If paying by check, the item will not be shipped until the check has cleared.  If there is no communication, or payment has not been received within 24 hours of the purchase, we reserve the right to restock the item.

*Our items are always lanolized in unscented wool wash and will be ready to wear unless otherwise noted in a particular listing.  

*We will include a wool wash sample upon request.

*All custom orders are one of a kind.  Please be aware that we are unable to predict, or manipulate the final results of the colorway once knit.  No two pair (even from the same colorway on the same yarn) will produce the same pooling or striping, which is what makes them so unique.

*Items will be shipped the same day or next business day, unless otherwise stated.  If you have purchased an item from Cathy and an item from Sarah, they will be shipped together and we will refund any extra shipping paid during checkout.  All items shipped within the US will include Delivery Confirmation.  We are willing to ship internationally.  If you would like, you can contact us for a quote before purchasing, otherwise we will invoice you for the purchase with the actual shipping included.

*Please consider purchasing postal insurance.  Once shipped, your items are no longer in our hands and we cannot control what happens to them.  We cannot be responsible for lost/damaged items.  Keep in mind that the insurance rates quoted in our listings are for US shipping only.  Insurance is available for international orders but is significantly more expensive.  Please ask if you would like a quote.

*All sales are final.  Please be sure to measure your child to assure they will fit within the measurements listed.  Please see this page for instructions on how we need you to measure your child, and if you have any questions please email us prior to purchasing.

 

PLEASE REMEMBER: We cannot take responsibility for your package once it leaves our hands.  If you are wondering why we are so insistent on this you can read of our friends unfortunate shipping disaster here.  In light of this situation we have added an extra measure to ensure the safe delivery of your package in the event that the exterior becomes damaged.  Each order will be placed in a ziploc bag where we will also enclose addresses for your shipping destination, as well as our return address, and a full description of the package contents.  We cannot promise this will eliminate any possible problems which is why we again ask you to consider purchasing insurance for your protection!
